Students will learn/review the basic elements of constructing an effective speech. Students will learn how to create an efficient and useful powerpoint presentation to enhance the delivery of their presentatiosn. Students will be expected to do research and be able to talk about issues related to the world and current events. They will develop confidence through consistent practice.

Students will be able to speak on a variety of themes concerning global issues that they are interested in.
