In this course, students will develop and make progress with their English communication skills by working individually and in groups.
The purpose of the class is to understand and share information.
Students will learn to express interests and opinions about a broad spectrum of subjects related to national current events and international affairs.

Students are expected to review and sometimes memorize new expressions prior to class.
Participation is crucial. We will work in pairs and groups.
The use of cell phones is not allowed.
We will use a laptop or a personal computers for research.
